Needy families in Riffa, Bahrain will benefit from a new plan drawn up by the Southern Municipal Council. Accotding to the GDN, it will include building two blocks of flats - and give 15 per cent of the revenue from rent to needy families.
The flats will be built on municipal land in East and West Riffa.
