CENTURY 21 Bahrain has been appointed as the exclusive sales and marketing agent for a luxury residential development, located on the newly established Amwaj Islands.
According to the GDN, the $40 million agreement was signed between CENTURY 21, Objekt Developers and New Age Development. The two-tower Lagoon Views development is set for construction later this year and completion in 2008. They have been designed by architect Enrico Mari Grego.
