Landlords could shortly be required to provide car parking spaces for each apartment in their building. According to the GDN, the move has been proposed by five MPs, who claim people in residential sites were facing problems because apartment tenants were taking up space when they park on the side of streets for lack of space.
This, they argue, was a major inconvenience for residents driving in and out of the area.
