Bahrain: EMKE Group to open two hypermarkets

UAE-based retail giant EMKE Group is expected to invest BD25 million in Bahrain and create more than 600 jobs for Bahrainis in the next year, the GDN has repotred. The group's first project in the kingdom will be the Lulu Hypermarket, which will be opened at Dana Mall in the Seef District.

 

The BD3.2 million hypermarket will be opened in February, said group managing director M A Yusuffali. This new hypermarket will spread on an area of 175,000 square feet. The second hypermarket will occupy a 400,000 square feet area.
