Bahrain's Works and Housing Ministry has awarded a BD 16 million contract to Bokhowa Group for Hidd-based Khalifa bin Salman Seaport buildings. According to the GDN, work will start on January 19, 2007 and would last 86 weeks, assistant under-secretary for construction projects and maintenance Mohammed Hussein Al Mubarak, has conveyed.
Reclamation and other maritime foundation works were completed in January, in a deal amounting to BD80 million.
