Bahrain-based Venture Capital Bank has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Commercial Real Estate Company, a financing and development institution in Morocco.
According to the GDN, the agreement incorporates an alliance between the two companies and the Morocco-based Caisse De Depot et De Gestion (CDG).
The agreement was signed by the chief investment officer Venture Capital and business development Ahmed Al Jawhary and Commercial Real Estate Company chief executive officer of investment Abdulaziz Al Moosa.
