Abandoned houses in the Northern Governorate will be razed by court order if their owners do not agree, the municipal council has warned, according to the GDN.
Forty-two homes have been earmarked to be torn down in the first half of next year. Only three owners have given the Northern Municipality green light to bulldoze the homes, the report added.
