A BD120 million project consisting of 11 residential towers to the southwest of Budaiya village is luring investors from other GCC countries, the GDN reported Sunday. According to the report, the Marina West project in the Northern Governorate is being developed by A A J Holdings Company.
An official sale of 1,200 apartments in 11 towers will start next month, said company chairman and chief executive officer Ahmed Abubaker Janahi. This project will cover 75,000 sq m.
