More than 100 high-quality villas and apartments will shortly be available in Sadad area through a new development launched by ProCapital Associates. According to the GDN, these new homes will be offered through Sadad Homes Real Estate One Company.
According to the paper, the firm said in a statement that the project comes in direct response to growing demand for housing developments.
