ArabiaRx pharmaceutical exchange goes online

ArabiaRx announced the completion of the ARX e-marketplace beta version, an online exchange catering to the Middle East and North Africa’s (MENA) $20 billion pharmaceutical raw materials industry. The full-scale online exchange is expected to launch in July 2002 in the Dubai, reported a company press release. 

 

ArabiaRx’s online exchange and e-procurement solutions are designed to synchronize business processes for MENA pharmaceutical suppliers and buyers through the exchange of information, sourcing of products and the execution of online transactions. ArabiaRx will intermediate suppliers and buyers mainly in the formulation, registration, requisitioning and approval phases of the pharmaceutical drug production process.
