Al Sharq Development has announced that 'Aqua Dunya,' comprising the largest theme park resort in the Middle East, will open for business in early 2008.
Part of Dubailand, the eight million square feet residential community will include a theme park, The Desert Pearl Hotel, a traditional souk and a range of apartments for sale and holiday let.
