Apple stops working on its AR glasses
According to recent reports, Apple has decided to cancel its augmented reality (AR) glasses project.
Sources reveal that the company is struggling to develop new versions following the release of its Vision Pro, the first spatial computer that seamlessly blends digital content with the physical world using revolutionary technology.
On the other hand, Meta, the American multinational technology company led by Mark Zuckerberg, is currently developing new smart glasses following the great success of its Ray-Ban smart glasses, which sold over one million units.

Apple’s augmented reality (AR) glasses, code-named 'N107,' were expected to feature lenses that would allow connection with multiple Mac devices.
The company previously stated that the N107 would offer a virtual viewing experience similar to the Vision Pro glasses, but with a lower price and simpler design.
Notably, the company faced major challenges, particularly in creating glasses that balanced lower costs with good performance.
As a result, the company decided to cancel the project entirely.
