The Tunisian Minister of Industry, Monsef Bin Abdullah, stated that the American CMC Oil Group will invest $4.2 million in oil excavation operations in Tunisia over the next five years, reported Al-Hayat. The Director General of the Group signed an agreement with the Tunisian minister two days ago. The agreement grants the CMC Group a permit to excavate for oil, in cooperation with the Tunisian Petroleum Operations Corporation, in the areas of Kerwan, Zaghwan and Sousa. — (menareport.com)
