With the general availability of the Altitude uCI seven release to be announced and showcased in the Middle East during GITEX Dubai 2003, the Altitude uCI suite goes from contact center to unified interaction network. This new release specifically introduces support for networked virtual contact centers and delivers innovative tools that allow the rapid deployment of business activities such as debt-collection, telebanking or customer service campaigns.
Altitude Software will also be running several business seminars during the event to share insights from adopters of CIM solutions in the Middle East.
