Al-Faris Information Technologies has revealed that Al-Muzaini Exchange, one of the Kuwait's largest money exchange company has selected it as the provider of its next-generation technology infrastructure. The conclusions of $1.5 million deal with Al-Muzaini to Optimize its e-infrastructure technology to build enduring relationships with its trading partners.
Under the new agreement, Al-Muzaini’s critical business operations will be powered by technology used by Al-Faris including IBM’s Unix based pSeries, eServer systems running the AIX operating system and Oracle 9i Database in a Real Application Clustering configuration. The infrastructure will provide services to 18+ branches of Al-Muzaini all over Kuwait.
Additionally, iExchange, Oracle E-Business Suite and ATG Enterprise Portal Suite will seamlessly be integrated with TrustedPay online payment service and SWIFT to further optimize and streamline the business processes, improve productivity and more efficiently manage transactions to improve customer service capabilities.
AL-Muzaini Money Exchange was incorporated in 1938 to conduct exchange business. The company's capital is five million Kuwaiti dinars ($16 million) fully paid. The company is the only member of the SWIFT among all the exchanges in Kuwait. — (menareport.com)
