The general manager of Al-Argan real estate group, Ghazal al-Mufti, confirmed the company's participation as a formal sponsor in Dubai's Cityscape exhibition, which was held in Dubai International Exhibition Centre on September 17-19, reported the Kuwaiti newspaper, Al-Watan on September 18, 2005.
The company offered in the exhibition many of its projects inside and outside of Kuwait. The company is preparing for its new project in the Sultanate of Oman for buyers with an average income. The project in the southern part of Oman, will include 100 housing units, villas and townhouses. As for the Fintass Residental Complex, Al-Mufti said that works on the project have actually commenced and a large share of it has already been sold.
Al-Mufti added that the company's attendance in the Dubai exhibition supports
its widening program in the region, in which it started a year ago by opening branches in Dubai, Oman and Saudi Arabia. At present, the company works for
opening additional branches in Bahrain and Qatar.
