Kuwait-based Gulf Holding Company (GHC) declared a master plan of $363 million for the Al Areen Downtown component of Al Areen development. According to Bahrain Tribune, Al Areen Holding Company (AHC) vice-chairman Esam Janahi, Bayan Investment Company (BIC) Chairman Faisal Al Mutawa, GHC Chairman Ahmed Al Meer and AHC general manager Waleed Shafy told a press conference that the construction work would be completed in 18 months.
The master plan has been designed by a famous international design company, with the general theme reflecting traditional Bahraini architecture.
