Abu Dhabi Securities Market (ADSM) will move to a five-day trading week from Sunday 24 September. The market will be open five days a week, from Sunday to Thursday. The trading session times of 10am to 1pm remain unchanged.
Rashed Al Baloushi, Acting Director General of ADSM, explained that the move from a six-day to a five-day trading week aligns ADSM with other markets in the region.
During the Holy Month of Ramadan, trading at ADSM will be business as usual, with the implementation of the new five-day trading and the 10am to 1pm session times unaffected.
