Acer Computer recently launched a revolutionary new program giving Acer technology users free service for their PCs regardless of whether they are currently under warranty. The initiative is called the Acer Care Camp, and is being rolled-out across the Middle East in partnership with Acer's Authorized Service Provider community.
The Acer Care Camp program will be conducted in cooperation with Acer's Authorized Service Provider in Kuwait - Al-Sarraf Computers Services Co- and will last for three days, from the 21 of May through the 23 of May 2002.
Under this new program, Acer's end-users can take their PC units, regardless of warranty status, to Acer's nominated Authorized Service Provider for a host of service options. These offers include: diagnosing hardware problems, addressing software cases related to pre-loaded operating systems, consultation on virus prevention amongst a host of other free services.
