Dubai-based customer interaction solutions provider RayaTech has been acquired by Computer Network Systems (CNS), a United Arab Emirates (UAE)-based systems integrator.
The move will strengthen RayaTech’s reach to new markets in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, whilst both enhancing and broadening the technology solutions portfolio extended to CNS customers, according to a press release.
The acquisition took place after a period of constructive negotiations between both companies’ top officials. A mutually favorable situation of CNS investing in a major stake in RayaTech, was reached. The acquisition will have no impact on RayaTech’s identity, management or number of staff.
