3Com appoints Fujitsu Services as voice solution partner in the UAE

3Com Middle East, North Africa and Turkey (MENAT) has further strengthened its network for delivering networked telephony solutions to United Arab Emirate (UAE)–based businesses with the appointment of Silver Partner, Fujitsu Services, as an authorized Voice Solution Partner (VSP). 

 

Fujitsu Services is the first of 3Com's VSPs in the UAE to be accredited with 3Com's Networked Telephony Specialist certification. The company now joins other VSPs of 3Com, including Jumbo Electronics, to provide pre-sales, sales and after sales support for 3Com's network telephony solutions, including the market leading 3Com(R) NBX(R) platform.  

 

The 3Com NBX solution is a converged voice and data networking system ideal for workgroups of all sizes, from single departments through to enterprises. It comprises of the 3Com NBX 100 Communications System and the 3Com, SuperStack 3, NBX Communications System - the first networked telephony product to hold formal authorization for sale in the UAE by Etisalat. It also includes the platform, application and associated consulting, integration and implementation services necessary to create a turnkey multimedia contact center.
