The second phase of the $1.2 billion Durrat Al Bahrain project saw the sale of 300 villas on Saturday. The buyers are mainly Bahrainis, in addition to Saudis, Qataris and Kuwaitis.
According to GDN, a total of 460 luxury residential villas, now being offered for sale, are scattered on four islands. The turnkey villas are expected to be completed and handed over to their owners within 33 months.
