A Jihadist source has said that al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden was not shot dead by the U.S. commandos sent to Pakistan by President Barack Obama, but was killed by one of his two bodyguards. The source said bin Laden always told his bodyguards that in the event he will be surrounded by American forces, they should kill him by firing to his head.

The source stressed that bin Laden insisted he would not be arrested and become a prisoner in the hands of America.

Meanwhile, the reports that Bin Laden's body was buried in the sea have stirred controversy

in internet forums and websites, where many Muslims considered that move as violation of Islamic norms. For his part, the Imam and the Tunisian researcher of Islamic law, Dr. Ahmed Gharbi said that this procedure was not identical to the rules of Islamic law in relation to the terms of burial of Muslims, stressing that the process of burial is only allowed in the land and under the dirt.

He added that burial in the sea was allowed just in exceptional cases such as the deceased was on board a ship and away from the land; The bury in the sea is allowed in fear of the body rotting which can damage the soul.
