Mahmoudia Motors, the official and exclusive dealer of Volvo cars in Jordan announced the all new Volvo S60 T4 petrol engine is now available at the Mahmoudia Motors showroom located in Wadi Saqra at a special price of JD 39,999. The new S60 is designed in accordance with Volvo’s pioneering and cutting edge City Safety Feature that can help the driver avoid or reduce the effects of the type of low-speed impacts that are common in city traffic.

The new S60 is now available with a four-cylinder 1.6 litre direct injection turbo petrol engine producing 180 horsepower and 240 Nm of torque coupled with a six speed geartronic automatic transmission.  

With the all-new S60, Volvo has launched its sportiest and most daring car model yet, inspired by what Volvo’s design team calls the “racetrack” design that is apparent in the uninterrupted and continuous flow of the car’s lines incorporated in both the interior and exterior of the car. 

The all-new S60 is also packed with the latest high-tech solutions that actively help the driver avoid accidents. The Pedestrian Detection with full auto brake is a world first. To Volvo Cars’ knowledge there is no other car manufacturer that offers a feature that can avoid a collision with a pedestrian. This radar- and camera-based system can detect pedestrians in front of the car, warn if anyone walks out into its path – and then automatically activate the car’s full braking power if the driver fails to respond in time.
