Al Bustan Rotana Dubai appoints new Director of Food and Beverage

The management of Al Bustan Rotana Dubai is pleased to announce the appointment of Alban Daubenton as the five star property’s Director of Food and Beverage.

With an established background in the hotel industry particularly in F&B, Daubenton, who is of French nationality, has strengthened his hospitality career in various parts of the world including Cyprus, the French Polynesia, Africa, UK and France doing various management roles in  international hotel brands prior to joining Rotana. Bringing with him more than ten years of hotel experience, his passion for the hospitality industry started at a young age when he was asked to help out in his father’s restaurant business in France.

As the new Director of F&B at Al Bustan Rotana, he will be overlooking after six dining outlets, in addition to being actively involved in the hotel’s busy banquet operations. Commenting on his  appointment, he remarked “It is a greatly positive challenge for me to be part of this renowned hotel as I need to lead a very strong F&B team. I personally believe the products and services offered in terms of dining at Al Bustan Rotana are at par, if not better, than international standards hence I welcome the opportunity to play a very important role of moving further forward in terms of operations and attracting more business for our dining venues.”
