Sweet Homes announces handover of AED 507 million ‘Falcon Towers’

Sweet Homes Holdings (SHH), a leading UAE-based developer and multi-service provider to the real estate sector, has announced the handover of the AED 507 million ‘Falcon Towers’ project to the first batch of investors. Located right in the heart of Ajman, the eight-tower project consists of seven residential towers and one office tower. Sweet Homes, which is in charge of the sales and marketing initiatives of the project, have also shared that tenants have now started to move into their new homes. The announcement brings Ajman's property market into the spotlight reflecting the healthy state and vibrancy in the emirate, partly due to the key support rendered by the Ajman Real Estate Regulatory Agency (ARRA), the government regulatory authority responsible for the regulation and licensing of Ajman's real estate market, consumer protection and dispute resolution. 

The residential towers within the ‘Falcon Towers’ project include a ground floor, four floors for parking and 20 residential floors. Each of the residential floors has four three-bedroom units, two two-bedroom units and one-bedroom units. The office tower is a single block tower consisting of a ground floor, four parking floors and 23 typical floors for commercial use. ‘Falcon Towers’ is part of the Ajman Freehold Property portfolio and is the fifth project to be completed in the emirate by the developer. Construction for the project started in September 2006 and was offered to prospective buyers under the theme, ‘Live, Work and Play.’ The project is situated in the center of Ajman’s new corporate district and is in proximity to key establishments like banks, offices, malls and restaurants.
