Syrian singer Ruwaida Attiyah recently performed on a Valentine’s Day cruise organized by the MBC Group and entertainment agent Yousif Harb. The cruise featured a large group of artists and lasted for a ten days, as they sailed from Miami to the Bahamas.
According to the London based Elaph, Ruwaida said that she enjoyed performing on the cruise and engaging with the different stars, but that she most enjoyed conversing with UAE singer Ahlam. Ruwaida said that Ahlam left a mark in her heart and that she was honored by Ahlam’s remarks about her voice.
Ahlam said that Ruwaida’s voice is very powerful and that she expects her to have a very successful future.
Ruwaida performed on the cruise alongside prominent Lebanese singer Ragheb Alama. There was great harmony between the two artists, and the audience kept calling for more duets.
Ragheb announced that he will present a new duet with Ruwaida in the near future.
Upon her return from the cruise, Ruwaida resumed recording the songs for her upcoming album. The singer wants to complete her album before beginning a series of concert tours around the Arab world.
