Rami Ayash postpones the big screen

Lebanese singer Rami Ayash revealed that he has postponed all plans to enter the Egyptian cinema despite the fact that he signed an agreement with the ‘Al Arabia’ production company. Rami stated that he did not feel there is any good topic or script which he feels is worth him entering the cinema with and introducing himself to cinema lovers in Egypt and the Arab world.

 

Rami said that despite his announcement, he is not far from the Egyptian cinema for he is taking part in the new film “Al Rajel Al Ghamed Bisalamatuh” (The Mystery Man) by singing the theme song for. The film is currently being screened in cinema houses around Egypt, and stars Egyptian actors Hani Ramzi and Nelly Kareem.

 

On a different note, Rami is choosing the remaining song for his upcoming album, which he agreed with his production company to release in the Eid El Fitr of next year. The album will feature a variety of songs sung in the Lebanese and Egyptian dialects, in addition to the inclusion of the duet “Al Nas Al Ray’ah” (Happy People), which he sung with Egyptian singer Ahmad Adawieh.
