Tottenham have rejected two offers from Serie A giants AC Milan for Emerson Royal.
The 25-year-old is determined to wear the Rossoneri jersey next season, but the London-based club is holding out for at least €25 million.
The Italians offered €10m for the Brazil international informally, before submitting an official bid with the same amount later on, according to Football.London.
However, Tottenham did not accept the approach.
Borussia Dortmund are monitoring the situation and could enter the race to sign the former Barcelona star.
Emerson's deal with Spurs is valid until 2026.
