Splash opens at The Dubai Mall

Splash, the high-street fashion retailer celebrated the opening of its “boutique” concept format store in the internationally diverse retail destination, The Dubai Mall, with an evening full of fashion and glamour. The store which is located on Level 2, opened its doors on August 11, 2011 and will house an eclectic mix of young fashion brands retailed under the Splash portfolio. The store was inaugurated by Raza Beig, CEO, Splash along with Dubai’s high-profile glitterati amidst a multitude of fashion enthusiasts present in the mall.

For this special occasion, Splash hosted an evening of fashion with bloggers from all across the UAE. The competition revolved around styling the most fashion forward Autumn Winter looks based on key season themes visualized in the store. The store currently stocks the recently launched Autumn Winter collection along with a special edition collection especially designed around the festive season so bloggers had a fun time picking up crazy yet very interesting looks. The winning blogger walked away with the final look while all others received a bunch of Splash goodies. 

Celebrating the festive season and speaking on the sidelines of the store opening, Raza Beig, CEO, Splash said, “Our retail footprint has become stronger over the years and our store in Dubai Mall which is Middle East’s most prominent retail destination is a strategic brand decision. The new store follows the “boutique” concept format which has been successfully explored by the brand in its Ibn Batuta store and is the new store strategy going forward.  The new format is bound to attract a multitude of customers’ locals and tourists alike given the very trend oriented, hand-picked collections we will be retailing. Also designed with a very cosmopolitan look and feel, the store ups the ante in terms of customer engagement and satisfaction.”
