'Historical Remains': Ancient Castles of Jordan

Jordan has several archaeological places that reflect old, and important events which took place in the region. Every place also refers to a certain period of time, and different civilization, such as Roman, Ottoman Empire and Ammonites.

The Jordanian goverment has reconstructed many of these castles. Here are a couple of the most famous.
