From Dubai to Wuhan: The World Celebrates New Year

Despite coronavirus pandemic that crushed the year of 2020 and all the events that have taken place last year such as Australian bushfires, Kobe Bryant's death, BLM protests, Beirut explosion, etc. people have celebrated the beginning of a new year; hoping that it will bring peace and end of all crisis.

The world have different styles of celebrations for this year, some countries have maintained lockdown measures amid covid-19 crisis as their people have enjoyed new year's eve behind closed doors; like: France, US, Italy, and Russia.

However, lots of other countries have celebrated this event publicly. Wuhan and North Korea, which reported zero coronavirus case, were among the cities which marked this event in streets as thousands of people gathered along to open new page.
