Giorgio Armani announced the opening of the first Armani/Casa store in Jordan located on Wadi Saqra Street, Saqra Building, Amman. The store will showcase three different expressions of the Armani lifestyle within the same exclusive environment: Armani/Casa, Armani/Fiori and Armani/Dolci.
This store is evidence of the ambitious expansion programme in the Middle East for the Armani/Casa brand, present in Jeddah, Riyadh, Doha, Tel Aviv, Dubai, Kuwait City, Manama and Cairo, too. Today Armani/Casa has 67 dedicated point of sales in 45 countries.
The underlying concept behind the Armani/Casa Amman store (300 square meters) is to create a distinctive atmosphere through a combination of products that range from furniture and furnishings to accessories, décor and fabrics – for both day and night zones – carefully selected for their compatibility in terms of shape, material and colour, and all displayed within a bright but softly lit environment. Around the entire perimeter and within the space itself, panels have been created in order to subdivide the displays. These comprise two slim, glossy, metal structures that feature two panels in bronze-coloured honeycomb polycarbonate on each side. Other technical aspects of the display are as follows: the display system for accessories consists of clear glass shelves supported by poles of full length, finished in glossy black lacquer. In order to identify and outline the different display areas, glossy black reflective aluminium has been placed over the existing floor.
The Armani/Fiori and Armani/Dolci areas exist in perfect harmony with the Armani/Casa environment.
Armani/Casa, the home furnishings collection by Giorgio Armani, was launched in the year 2000 at its first store at Armani/Via Manzoni in Milan. On the occasion of Salone del Mobile 2010 Armani/Casa opened its largest store in the world in Via Sant'Andrea 9 in Milan. Giorgio Armani's objective was to bring his philosophy of style to the world of home interiors, and in so doing create the complete concept of an Armani lifestyle. The Armani/Casa collection is multi-faceted and offers a complete environment. Armani/Fiori was launched in the year 2000 at Armani/Via Manzoni in Milan, and since then other stores have been opened in München, Hong Kong, Taipei, Shanghai, Kuwait City, Manama Bahrein, Dubai and now in Amman.
