ALBAWABA - A video circulating on X (formerly Twitter) shocked internet users worldwide as a live stream showed an Indian wife hitting her husband's elderly father with his own steel crutch that he uses out of old age and necessity.
The video in question was broadcast and streamed live through what seems an Indian live-stream service where the wife was seen hitting the elderly man till he fell and started crying, while her husband was working abroad in the Gulf area.

While the wife targeted the elder man's legs, he tried to fight back but ended up falling resulting in a hospital visit as photos at the end of the video showcased an injury on the head next to the eyebrows.
According to X user Eyad Hmoud, the broadcast took place in the state of Karnataka in India and the moment the husband saw the live stream, he made an international call as soon as possible to the nearest Indian police station after seeing the terrifying scene.
Eyad added that the father is an 80-year-old elder and the fall hurt him since he started crying from the pain as mentioned above. Moreover, the wife was then allegedly arrested and is expected to face a trial for what she's done to the man.
Users took to the comment section and claimed that the husband had a "Suspicion" that his wife would do this, and that's why he put up a camera in the house there but no official news outlet has given an official statement on what could have caused the Indian wife to do such a heinous act.
One user said, "Oh my heart, I couldn't finish the video, how can you hurt this old man?"
"Painful scene, he's 80 years old, and she's going to end up killing him if something is not done."
