ALBAWABA - A video circulating on social media has gone viral after capturing an Afghan man impersonating Hamas' former spokesperson, Abu Obaida.
Israel claimed that it targeted Abu Obaida with an airstrike on August 30 in Gaza. However, Hamas didn't disclose whether the Al Qassam Brigades' spokesperson was assassinated in the attack, despite his absence from his occasional speeches.
According to reports, the Afghan man is a student who impersonated the spokesperson to show his solidarity with Gaza and Palestine in a protest against the ongoing Israeli occupation.

He stood on a podium and commemorated former Hamas leaders Ismail Haniyeh and Yahya Al-Sinwar, while also showing their solidarity with the Palestinian people.
