ALBAWABA - A satirical NHS ad launched by human rights activists under the name "Everyone Hates Elon" has gone viral on social media after referring to billionaires as "parasites" alongside worms and ticks.

Featuring popular billionaires such as Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, and Mark Zuckerberg, the fake ad described them as "economic parasites" that can be "removed with wealth tax." Videos and photos of the fake NHS ad flooded social media, garnering a wide variety of reactions from British netizens.

Everyone Hates Elon's official Instagram account shared a photo of the ad, tagged UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, and captioned it, "Urgent health warning before @keirstarmer does his sums for the autumn budget."

It added, "Wealth hoarding is a pandemic. Can someone please stop the parasites sucking us dry?"

It's important to note that the ad spotted in Brixton, London, wasn't launched by the National Health Service (NHS).

The powerful message calls for people to pressure the UK government to "tax the rich" to help fund and support public health services such as the NHS, which is currently struggling due to significant pressure from underfunding, long waiting lists, and staff shortages, according to several local reports.

A social media user wrote under the post on Instagram, "Going to London today. I really hope to see some of these billboards around if they're still up."

Another added, "I ❤️ Brixton. Always leading the way as usual."
