ALBAWABA - Tesla CEO Elon Musk and Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling were both named in a cyberbullying lawsuit made against them by Algerian boxer and Olympic gold medalist Imane Khelif.
This comes after both individuals and many others including former US President Donald Trump claimed that Imane Khelif is a transgender male competing against women at the Olympics causing a swarm of hateful comments made against her across social media platforms.
Several others also started claiming that she has (XY) chromosomes instead of (XX) adding to the damage. The complaint in question was filed to French authorities under "acts of aggravated cyber harassment," according to Variety.

Khelif's attorney Nabil Boudi told Variety that the lawsuit was filed against Musk's X (formerly known as Twitter) which means that they could now investigate all individuals responsible for spreading the claims in question.
He said, "J. K. Rowling and Elon Musk are named in the lawsuit, among others."
Boudi added, "Trump tweeted, so whether or not he is named in our lawsuit, he will inevitably be looked into as part of the prosecution."

Controversial YouTuber Logan Paul was also among the individuals who accused Khelif of being a man despite reports saying that she was born as a biological woman. Moreover, it's illegal to transition to any gender other than the one you're born with, in Algeria.
Paul later deleted the comment he made about Khelif and apologized that he might've spread misinformation about her.
Users on X took to every comment section to discuss the issue on hand, here's what they had to say:
"Hope she gets paid real good."
"Cyberbullying?? that was 100% just pure, unadulterated, defamation/libel."
"Explains why J.K Rowling hasn’t tweeted in days lol."
