According to Reuters, Khelif filed a formal legal complaint claiming that she was a victim of "Online harassment, as stated by her lawyer. After news circulated on social media, several users took to the comment section to discuss the matter in question, here's what they had to say.

Saudi Princess defends Imane Khelif's "Femininity"
Saudi Princess and Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador to the United States, Reema bint Bandar Al Saud recently commented on Khelif's case amid claims that she's a "transgender" athlete.
Reema bint Bandar Al Saud who is also part of the International Olympic Committee said during an interview with Saudi outlet Okaz, "Since I am an Arab Muslim woman, and these are traits that embody my identity, I cannot remain silent about what is being circulated in the media about Iman Khelif."
She continued with that Khelif lived her entire life as a girl and that no one has the right to question her "femininity." Moreover, she accused whoever tried to spread misinformation about her of trying to take her dignity and entitlement away.
The Princess also added that no athlete should be bullied or mocked due to their appearance and having all the achievements they worked so hard for used against them as a weapon.
