ALBAWABA - A horrifying video recently flooded social media, capturing a man intentionally running over and dragging his ex-wife for 300 meters after spotting her with another man in São Paulo, Brazil.
According to Brazilian outlet Mix Vale, the suspect, identified as 30-year-old Douglas Alves da Silva, ran over 31-year-old Taynara Souza Santos on a highway in São Paulo called Marginal Tietê. The mother of two had both her legs amputated and has remained in the hospital due to the severity of the injury.

Horrifying video: Man runs over and drags ex-wife in Brazil
The victim left a bar at 6:30 p.m. when she was run over and dragged by a black Volkswagen Golf. Reports revealed that Douglas got into a heated argument with a man inside the bar after seeing him with Taynara before the incident occurred.
A witness who works at the bar claimed that Douglas pulled up the handbrake after running over and dragging Taynara to increase the friction before getting away.
Police launched an investigation into Douglas and located the 30-year-old in the north of the capital. Reports also indicate that he abandoned his car in another neighborhood. The victim's mother claimed that both individuals were in a formal relationship before the incident occurred.
