Did Trump call Obama 'founder of ISIS' before or after Moscow attack?

ALBAWABA - A video of former US President Donald Trump went viral on social media in which he was accusing ex-president of the US Barack Obama of being the "founder of ISIS" group. 

The video circulated online shortly after the Islamic State group claimed responsibility for the attack in Moscow, Russia during which 133 people were killed after a group of armed men broke into the Crocus City Hall and opened fire on attendance.

In the footage, Donald Trump said: "ISIS is honoring President Obama." he maintained: "He is the founder of ISIS, he is the founder."

He further continued: "And I would say the co-founder would be Hillary Clinton."

Did Trump call Obama 'founder of ISIS' before or after Moscow attack?

Many reposted the video claiming that the accusation of Trump happened after the Moscow attack which took place on Friday. 

However, according to media outlets in 2016, Donald Trump accused former president Obama of being the "founder of ISIS" during an old speech before he became the president and won votes in 2016.

In 2016, After Trump's statements, Hillary Clinton posted on X to reject the accusations by Donald, she wrote: "No, Barack Obama is not the founder of ISIS."

She further added: "Anyone willing to sink so low, so often should never be allowed to serve as our Commander-in-Chief."
