ALBAWABA - US Senator and Trump's chosen Vice President JD Vance is the talk of social media after rumors circulated that he had sex with a couch sparking concern and a series of memes on X (formerly known as Twitter).

Some users claimed that Vance wrote in his book 'Hillbilly Elegy' that he had sexual intercourse with a couch, but according to AP this is false news since despite having the words "couch" and "couches" in it, nothing was related to the individual having that kind of relationship with it.

A user opposed AP News and said on X while also screenshotting the headline of the article, "Are they honestly trying to convince me that JD Vance didn't have sex with a single couch? Look at his face! That's the face of a couch fu**ing man and you can't convince me otherwise."

Since this is the internet, other users quickly took to social media platforms and swarmed them with hilarious memes. One example showed a series of photos of JD Vance staring into multiple couches with a seductive song playing in the background.

Several users took to X and reacted to the rumors, here's what they had to  say:

"I’ll never forgive Twitter for making me Google “JD Vance couch sex”."

"The best part of the JD Vance couch rumor is that it proves that while millions of people bought Hillbilly Elegy, very few could actually get through it."

"I will mail a personal check for $500 to any reporter who asks J.D. Vance if he fu**ed a couch."

Vance recently received backlash from many Americans after claiming that child-free women are cat ladies including Kamala Harris. His comments even reached celebrities like Friends' Jennifer Anniston who wrote on her official Instagram:

"I truly can't believe this is coming from a potential VP of The United States. Mr. Vance, I pray that your daughter is fortunate enough to bear children of her own one day. I hope she will not need to turn to IVF as a second option. Because you are trying to take that away from her, too."
