Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alléno recently collaborated with One&Only The Palm to develop three distinct dining concepts – ZEST, STAY by Yannick Alléno and 101. Celebrated for his role as head chef of Le Meurice in Paris, Alléno wishes to indulge guests with an array of both local and international cuisine to complement the understated elegance of this boutique beach resort.
Coined "le prince des palais," by his peers, Alléno entered the elite circle of the world's greatest chefs after receiving his third Michelin star in 2007 and "Chef of the Year" in 2008 for his role as head chef of Le Meurice. At One&Only The Palm, Alléno will offer a unique array of dining experiences designed to provide a distinct mood and ambience paired with innovative haute-cuisine. From romantic evening celebrations at STAY by Yannick Alléno and casual gatherings with family and friends at ZEST to party goers at 101 by the marina - the restaurants are destinations unto themselves.
"We firmly believe that in Dubai, the ever-increasing quest for diverse and exciting culinary experience combined with refined product and service consistency, more than endorses our collaboration with creative chef Yannick Alléno" says Olivier P. Louis, Managing Director, One&Only Resorts, Dubai
"These are exciting times for all of us and the partnership with Yannick Alléno is indeed a privilege," adds Michael R. Payne, General Manager, One&Only The Palm, Dubai. "His creativity and the intricacy of his cuisine pay tribute to foodies and gourmet enthusiast alike and will add new and exciting dining experiences to Dubai's culinary landscape."
Skilled chefs have been hand selected by Alléno to lead this esteemed project, headed by executive chef David Hemmerlé, who has worked alongside Yannick for years.
"It was a natural decision to partner with One&Only The Palm as it echoes the same quality and exigency I have in culinary and food creation" says Alléno.
