UAE President, Jordan’s King Consult ahead of Arab Summit

UAE President Sheikh Zayed Al Nahyan and Jordan’s King Abdullah II discussed Friday in Abu Dhabi the forthcoming Arab summit to be held in Amman on March 27 and collective efforts to push forward the march of the Arab joint action, said reports. 

Sheikh Zayed called upon Arab leaders to open a new page in the pan-Arab relations and stressed the necessity of truthful intentions, mutual confidence, and complete frankness as a condition for the success of every Arab summit, reported the Gulf News. 

Both leaders also discussed the current Arab situation, Arab relations, ways of strengthening Arab solidarity, and the necessity of crystallizing a joint vision towards decisive issues of the Arab nation under the new developments on the international arena, said the paper – Albawaba.com
