Ethnic Albanian rebels fighting in southern Serbia on Sunday released two Yugoslav army officers they had kidnapped on March 21 and handed them over to NATO-led peacekeepers (KFOR).
Sasa Bulatovic, 23, and Milija Belojica, 32, were delivered to the NATO representative Shawn Sullivan in the rebel-held village Konculj, one of the strongholds of the guerillas of the Liberation army of Presevo, Medvedja and Bujanovac (LAPMB), an AFP reporter on the scene saw -- KONCULJ, Yugoslavia (AFP)
