Turkish Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul arrived in Tehran Saturday to discuss ways of expanding relations between the two neighboring heavyweights. The Turkish foreign minister arrived from Baku, where he held talks with Azeri President Ilham Aliyev, Prime Minister Artur Rasizade, Foreign Minister Vilayet Guliyev and other senior Azeri officials on Friday and Saturday.
