AFP reports that Tunisia is beginning to lift the restrictions of the capital city of Tunis, placed after a November bus bombing by Daesh that killed a dozen presidential guards.

The curfew start time has been pushed from 9:00pm to midnight, and remains in effect until 5:00am, according to AFP.

The country remains in a 30-day state of emergency and the border to Libya is still closed. Officials are investigating leads that suggest the bombing was planned in Libya.

This is the third Daesh-related attack this year. Earlier attacks targeted mostly foreign tourists at the National Bardo Museum and a Mediterranean resort.
