Train accident kills 15, injures 40 in Pakistan

ALBAWABA - At least 15 people were killed and 40 others were injured in a train accident in Pakistan on Sunday, local media reported citing early reports.

Reports suggested that railway carriages derailed causing the accident near the Sahara Railway Station, which is located between Shahzadpur and Nawabshah in Pakistan.

According to sources, number of deaths and injuries is likely to rise.

Videos showing the train accident in Pakistan have emerged online showing rescue workers rushing to the scene to save those who are still stuck inside the train and to transfer injured people to hospitals.
