Trader Vic's Amman Named Grumpy Gourmet's Best Restaurant Concept

Trader Vic's Amman was recently named Best Restaurant Concept at the Fourth Annual Grumpy Gourmet Awards ceremony, which was held in the Four Seasons Hotel on February 21st, 2009.

 

Trader Vic's Amman, which reserves a unique spot at The Regency Palace Hotel, joined with leading restaurants and hotels form Jordan and Lebanon in the Awards' 22 categories. The Restaurant was announced winner during the red-carpet ceremony, in acknowledgement of its unique tropical-themed décor which truly enriches guest's dinning experience with the charming ambience of its interior designs.

 

Delighted at the Grumpy Gourmet win, Trader Vic's Amman Manager Mr. Alfredo Hernandez remarked: "This award is a true testament to the restaurant's unique concept and service, which were successfully incorporated in the vibrant and busy city of Amman."

 

This is yet another award recognition for The Regency Palace Hotel, its General Manager Mr. Said Sawalha having already won the Grumpy Gourmet's Hotelier of the Year earlier in 2006.
