The Passport & Visa Control Software converts important paper-based documents into electronic files and has a unique automated expiry alert system

TOUCHMATE’s software division Quality Gulf Information Technologies (QGIT) has announced the launch of TOUCHMATE Passport & Visa Control Software (TMPVC), Version 6.1, an innovative document management solution that converts important paper-based documents into searchable electronic files. TMPVC is an advancement over the beta version of the software that was released earlier this year, which is being used by several leading companies in the UAE. TOUCHMATE is a subsidiary of Quality Group of Companies and a leading manufacturer, exporter and distributor of a wide range of branded computers, accessories and peripherals in the Middle East.
The solution is ideally suited for public relations officers and personnel from the human resources and administration departments of Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) and the Small Office Home Office (SOHO) segment, as it helps keep track of various employee-related documents such as passports, visas, labour cards, health cards, employee annual leave, in addition to documents pertaining to trade license, tenancy contracts and utility services. The scanning facility of the software allows users to scan any document directly to their computers and then save, search, print, fax, email and export these files as and when required. One of the distinctive features of the solution is the automated expiry alert system that gives timely reminders about the expiry or renewal dates of various documents, thereby potentially saving companies from fines and penalties.

This version also incorporates a feature that provides expiry alerts for any office or personal documents like electricity and telephone bills and credit card payments.”
TOUCHMATE will provide full technical support to customers installing the software, including on-site training. Another advantage of the TMPVC is that customers need not upgrade their system requirements before installing the solution, as a Pentium III System with 256MB RAM or higher and Windows 98/XP/NT/2000/2003 are the only requirements for successfully installing the software.
