summit celebrates level 4 btec in careers guidance and counseling qualifications

More members of the SUMMIT staff team recently qualified as Career Advisors and were awarded EDEXCEL BTEC Level Four Diplomas in Careers Advice and Counseling. This is a significant achievement for the staff and demonstrates the Company’s continued commitment to the development of a team of highly skilled professionals in Careers Guidance.

SUMMIT is a private Careers Guidance and Placement Service provider, one of Abu Dhabi University Knowledge Group sister companies, offering a range of solutions for employers and job seekers, which include career management services and psychometric assessment. The company is developing a highly skilled and motivated workforce, which is contributing to the improved efficiency of the labor market. SUMMIT  provides holistic interventions, encompassing diverse career guidance and management solutions, that are underpinned by its involvement in internship coordination and support, as well as targeted recruitment. 

SUMMIT is offering,  in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, a career counseling course externally to both individuals and organizations. It includes lectures, tutorials and practical assessments of career discussions with one-to-one support.

Mrs. Sian Rees, the General Manager of SUMMIT, commented on the success of the team members, offering her congratulations and explaining that  SUMMIT now wished to offer this high   quality training program more widely.  . Mrs. Rees also emphasized the importance of the company’s contribution to the UAE, through its unstinting pursuit of national and regional strategic objectives, and in doing so providing support for the growth of the economy and the ultimate realization of the Emiratization strategy. She further added, “SUMMIT works with all the educational institutes under the ADU/ADUKG umbrella, as well as other educational establishments and employers. Starting this September, SUMMIT will start providing enhanced Career Management Services for students at Abu Dhabi University. The aim is to support students in decision making and career choices from their freshman year, all the way to graduation.”
SUMMIT’s future plans include a range of projects that will support job seekers in their quest to find suitable employment. Summit will also provide support for those who need assistance in their future careers.
